Before you rely on anything here

These Terms of Service set out the conditions for using obscyra.digital. By accessing this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The page below is written to be read in order. Each of the eight sections covers one obligation or one boundary, and the summary rail on the left of every section tells you who it applies to before you read the detail.

In this document

Scope of use, accuracy of published documents, intellectual property, external references, professional advice, liability, and how updates are posted.

Questions about a specific clause go to the documentation team through the Contact page.

Scope and content

Two sections decide almost every question people send us: what you may do with the site, and how much you should trust a single page.

Use of the site

This site publishes policy and documentation resources. You may read, reference, and cite these documents for lawful purposes. You may not use the site to distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

That includes automated traffic. If you run a crawler or a bulk downloader, keep the request rate modest enough that other readers are not slowed down, and identify the source honestly in your request headers.

Content and accuracy

We maintain these documents through a review process, and each page carries a version number and review date. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that every page is free of error or current at the moment you read it. Confirm the version and review date before relying on a document.

Two versions of the same guidance can sit in circulation at once, and an older copy will not warn you that it is out of date. The version note at the top of a page is the reliable marker. If you are quoting a rule in a decision that matters, open the live page rather than a saved copy.

Intellectual property

The text, structure, and organization of this site belong to Obscyra Digital unless otherwise noted. You may quote short passages with attribution. Republishing substantial portions requires written permission.

Attribution means naming Obscyra Digital and linking to the page you quoted. Screenshots of a single section for internal training or a client briefing are fine. Rebuilding our document index under your own brand, in whole or in part, is not.

External links

This site links to third-party references, including public design and usability resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

References go out to public standards bodies and published usability research when a document builds on their work. Each one opens on the source's own site, under that source's terms and privacy practices — worth reading before you follow a link.

Boundaries

What these documents do not do

[advice]

No professional advice

The documents on this site describe policy and process. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice on your specific situation.

A page can tell you how a review is structured, who signs off, and what version is current. It cannot tell you what your own contract, filing, or obligation requires. Treat every document here as a description of how we work, not as a recommendation for how you should.

[liability]

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Obscyra Digital is not liable for damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. This does not limit liability where it cannot be limited by law.

That second sentence matters. Some jurisdictions do not allow parts of a liability limit to be waived, and where that is the case, those parts do not apply to you. Nothing in this section asks you to give up a right the law says you keep.

[changes]

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be published on this page with a new version number and review date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Check the version note at the top of this page before you act on it. The change history for documents across the site is kept on the versioning page, so an older entry stays readable after a new one appears.

Versioning and Change Log

Governing terms and contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the Contact page. Please name this document and the section your question concerns.

Naming the section saves a round trip. Write "Terms of Service, intellectual property" and we can answer the real question on the first reply instead of asking you which clause you meant.

Questions we are asked

Can I cite a document from this site?

Yes. Short passages with attribution to Obscyra Digital and a link to the page are fine. If you need to reproduce a full document or a substantial portion of the index, write to us first and describe how it will be used.

Where do I find the current version of a page?

At the top of the document itself, next to the review date. Versioning and Change Log records what changed between versions; How to Read Our Documents explains which parts of a page carry a date and which do not.

Do these terms cover linked third-party sites?

No. A link out to a standards body or a research archive leaves this site and enters another set of terms. We choose references for relevance, but what happens after the click is governed by the site you land on.

What happens if a page changes after I saved it?

Your saved copy keeps the version note it was saved with. If a newer version is published, the entry on Versioning and Change Log records the change, and the live page carries the new review date. Where the two disagree, the live page is current.

In plain language

A summary of the eight sections above. It is here to help you read the terms quickly, and the sections themselves decide if there is ever a disagreement about wording.

Read the documents, cite them with credit, check the version before you act, and treat nothing here as advice for your own situation.

Related documents

The terms sit alongside the rest of the published library. If you arrived here from a search result about a single clause, one of these pages probably answers the question behind it.
